Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use timingfelt.living and the referral service Timingfelt Floor Coating offers here. You accept them when you use the site, send a form, or use its phone number. This is a general template and not legal advice.

What We Do

Timingfelt Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent providers of epoxy, polyaspartic, and concrete floor coatings. We do not sell coatings. We do not prep, coat, or repair floors. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Are Independent

The providers we connect you with are separate companies. Each one is solely responsible for its quotes, prices, schedule, products, workmanship, warranties, licenses, insurance, and conduct. We do not employ, supervise, or control them. We make no promise about when they are available, how fast they work, or what results you get.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check credentials, ask for proof of insurance, and get a written estimate.

For Information Only

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial, or engineering advice. Any costs we show are typical U.S. ranges. They vary from job to job and are not quotes. Confirm the details with a qualified provider.

Using the Site Fairly

Give accurate information. Use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt it, and do not try to reach any part you are not allowed to access.

Calls, Texts, and Emails

When you send a form or use the phone number on this site, you agree that we may contact you about your request. The provider we refer you to may do the same. Contact can be by phone, text, or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. To stop further contact, email contact@timingfelt.living.

Who Owns the Content

The site's content and design belong to Timingfelt Floor Coating or to those who license them to us. You need our permission to copy or reuse them for business purposes.

Limits on Our Liability

The law sets limits here, and we use them in full. Timingfelt Floor Coating is not responsible for loss or damage tied to your use of the site. That also covers any provider's products or services, and any deal between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
