How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Every homeowner who contacts Timingfelt Floor Coating deserves fair treatment. If something goes wrong, we want to know. This page shows how to raise a concern and what to expect next. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us
You can contact us about:
- A call or message with Timingfelt Floor Coating that went poorly
- How we used or protected your personal data
- Something on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The behavior of a provider we referred you to
If a Provider Let You Down
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one sets its own quotes, prices, products, warranties, and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, start with the provider. Put your concern in writing and keep copies of what you send.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest. A provider who keeps falling short may be removed. But Timingfelt Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges, or act on a provider's behalf.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@timingfelt.living and include:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short story of what happened and the outcome you want
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we got your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include talking to the provider. After that, we will tell you what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask for a second look. You can also contact your state attorney general or consumer protection office. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help.
