How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
Timingfelt Floor Coating does not have a crew on staff. When you ask for help, an independent provider in our network follows up. That provider is a local business. It sets its own prices and schedule.
What the Provider May Ask You
Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider give a fair estimate.
- Where is the floor? Garage, patio, basement, or shop?
- About how big is it, in square feet?
- Are there cracks, oil stains, or old paint?
- What look do you want? Plain, speckled, or a custom floor finish?
Photos can help. Have a few ready.
Before the Provider Reaches Out
A little prep makes the first talk smoother. Clear the floor if you can. Take wide photos and a few close-ups of any damage. Jot down the rough size. If you know when you would like the work done, write that down too. None of this is required, but it helps the provider understand your space.
Questions to Ask the Provider
Ask before you sign. Good questions keep things clear:
- What steps will you take to prep the concrete?
- Which coating do you suggest, and why?
- How long before I can walk on it? Park on it?
- Is the quote in writing, with all costs listed?
- What does your warranty cover, and for how long?
- Do you carry license and insurance? Can I see proof?
Compare, Then Decide
Talk to more than one provider if you can. Lay the quotes side by side. Look at the steps, not only the price. A low number with thin prep may not last. The choice is yours, and there is no pressure.
