Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This page explains what information Timingfelt Floor Coating ("we" and "us") collects on timingfelt.living. It covers the forms on the site and calls to the phone number shown here. It also tells you how we use that information. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What We Gather

You may share your name, phone number, email address, location, and details about your floor coating job. This happens when you call or send a form.

Some data arrives on its own while you browse. That includes your IP address, browser and device details, the pages you view, and the time of your visit. Calls to the number on this site may be logged. Some may be recorded to check quality and to bill correctly.

How We Use Your Details

We use your information to:

• Connect you with an independent floor coating provider near you
• Send your request to that provider so they can reach out
• Answer your questions and emails
• Learn how people use this site and our phone lines
• Improve the site and the service
• Follow the law and guard against fraud

Who Gets Your Information

We are a referral service. So we pass your contact and project details to one or more independent providers or marketing partners. That way they can contact you. They are separate businesses. Each one has its own privacy practices.

We also use vendors that help run the site and phone lines. These include hosting, analytics, and call-tracking companies. Some of your data may pass through them. We may also share information when the law requires it, or when we need to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some places treat sharing data with marketing partners as a "sale" or "share." If you live in one of those places, you may have the right to opt out.

Cookies

The site may use cookies and similar tools. A cookie is a small file stored on your device. We use them to understand visits. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

Your Choices and Rights

Where you live may give you rights over your data. You may be able to see it, correct it, or delete it. You may also be able to opt out of some sharing. Email your request to contact@timingfelt.living. We may ask you to prove who you are before we act on it.

How We Protect Data

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, though. We keep data only as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires.

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Check the date at the top to see which version is current.
