Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Timingfelt Floor Coating wants timingfelt.living to work well for everyone, including people with disabilities. This page shares what we do to get there. It is a general template and not legal advice.
The Goal We Follow
We aim for the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These are widely used rules for making websites easier to use.
What We Do
Our work includes:
- Clear headings in a logical order on every page
- Text descriptions for images that carry meaning
- Easy-to-read type with strong color contrast
- Navigation and forms that work with a keyboard
- Layouts that fit phones, tablets, and desktops
- Short sentences and everyday words
- Clear labels on every form field
Where We Still Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not meet these rules yet. Some outside tools or embedded content are also beyond our control. We check the site from time to time. When we find a problem, we work to fix it.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you have other choices. Request a callback to speak with a provider. Or email contact@timingfelt.living, and we will help where we can.
Tell Us What Is Not Working
We want to hear about any barrier you hit. Email contact@timingfelt.living and share:
- The page or feature that gave you trouble
- What you tried to do and what happened instead
- The browser, device, or assistive tool you used, if you know
We will look into it and try to reply within a few business days.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is never finished. As the site changes, we will keep working to improve it.
