Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

This disclaimer applies to all content on timingfelt.living. Please read it before you rely on anything here. It is a general template and not legal advice.

We Refer. We Do Not Coat.

Timingfelt Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent providers of epoxy, polyaspartic, and concrete floor coatings. We do not grind, repair, coat, or seal floors. An independent provider does any work at your home. Timingfelt Floor Coating never does.

A Referral Is Not an Endorsement

When we connect you with a provider, we are not vouching for them. We make no promise about their quality, timing, cost, look, or how long their work lasts. We also cannot promise a provider has room for your job at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, warranties, and conduct.

General Information Only

What you read here is general information. It is not professional, engineering, legal, or financial advice. Every concrete slab is different. Moisture, cracks, old coatings, and weather can all change what a floor needs. Talk to a qualified provider about your own floor.

About Prices

Prices on this site are typical U.S. ranges, not quotes. Your price depends on the size of the floor, its condition, the prep it needs, and the system you pick. Get a written estimate from the provider before any work starts.

How Coatings Perform

A coating's performance depends on prep, product choice, how it is applied, and how you use the floor. Claims here about stains or UV light are general. They differ from product to product. Ask the provider about the exact products and warranty for your job.

Stay Safe

Floor coating work creates grinding dust and uses chemical products. Follow the provider's directions on keeping out of the work area, airing out the space, and waiting for the coating to cure.

How We Get Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Timingfelt Floor Coating when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We try to keep this site correct and up to date. We cannot promise it is complete or without mistakes.
